I recall one of my favorite stories of relentless faith. The Gospels introduce us to a relentless woman, who had an issue of blood for twelve years. All we know about this woman is that she was nameless, she was a woman of affliction and infirmities; she is known for having an issue of blood and under the Mosaic Law is considered unclean.
This woman had determined faith; she was relentless, bold, and courageous enough to defy the laws of man to push her way through the crowd and the Disciples to get her breakthrough. She had made a decision to end her infirmities. I could imagine in her mind, she was thinking… I’ve tried all that I could and it seems like nothing did me any good, when I heard Jesus he was passing, I have everything to gain, I’m gonna to give him a try. So she pressed her through “If I can just touch his garment, I will be healed.” Matthew 9:21. Immediately she was healed of her infirmities.
Jesus realized at once that healing power had gone out from him, so he turned around in the crowd and asked. “Who touched me? Luke 8:45.
And He looked around to see the woman who had done this. But the woman fearing and trembling, aware of what had happened to her, came and fell down before Him and told Him the whole truth. And He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace and be healed of your affliction.” Mark 5:32-34
Women of God, stay in faith, God has a plan and purpose for your life. You shall live and not die! You are HEALED!
